Don't rely entirely on key words for appeals

I went with the logic that jagex doesn't read appeals, but instead just scans for key words. Didn't work:

FaGex doesn't read appeals for macroing period.

they just send you the auto denial message

It really depends on the situation, if you have someone suicide on your account and they say its banned you say someone stole your password and tell them what happened. I bet you will win in that situation
