Rsbot won't load?

Hey everyone, my RSbot-4030 wasn't loading, so I uploaded RSbot-4031 and it aswell won't load. How can I fix this?

It's been updated to 4031, whenever your bot doesn't work the first thing you should check is if a new version is out, if no, redownload, if still not fixed, seek out Java troubleshooting.
