At the end of the day i spoke to my dad, Regardless of it being illegal for runescape it is still illegal to not give what someone paid for and he can sue them for section 22 in the australia law # When a person does not give what someone has paid for, They can be put before the court of law, To settle the matter #

 

Except that they're based in china so you wouldn't be able to sue them anyways. Nice.

by the way, yes they are based in china, But fraud squad works for all countrys, You think i can just say make someone pay 600$ for a account that i don't give, and i live in china you live in america, It's still fraud, Your government arrest's you for fraud, And charges you for the Sum i sue you for in your country, And if worst comes to worst. Then the australian government for fraud squad sends 2 members to the country to detain the main person of the company ( in this example me) and take me to australia and charge me for fraud, Or i can just refund it within 21days.

Well, first off your dad would have to make sure the countries are friendly towards one another. If not, your country is not going to send men into an enemy country to extract a citizen of that country; It would be a political nightmare. Also, seeing as you are breaking the Jagex ToS you have no ground to sue on- Even Section 22, as you said, can't sue for that.


Take it this way, in this EXAMPLE- You are selling Cocaine to a Narc- You get caught, by the fuzz; The Narc doesn't pay you, and you lose your Cocaine. Seeing as you were doing something illegal, you are not going to get payed, and you are going to lose your cocaine.
