Scammed for 25m 07 by Noli

Explanation of the trade:
I spent 25m 07gp, on 260m Battlescape Gp.

-I've bought gp from him before, never had any trouble. With this occasion i just think its an strange situation, where he's had a think about it and tried to take advantage of the situation, but i have evidence that catches him out.


How they scammed:
The trade went smooth. i Bought 260m for 25m 07 with no fuss.
Then the server had a rollback, to the 29th of december. so the money the trade on the server was reversed and he claims he has no money on the date.
But after the date which was roll backed to (29th) he had posted on the 31st bumping his thread of selling bsgp, which shows that in fact after the roll back he would still have BSGP on his account.

proof that the trade went smoothly, this is the same skype that i have dealt with before.


When i first found out about the rollback, i messaged his skype and waited for him to come online, he replied/came online after 20 hours had past, which suggest he could of already known about the roll back. and had a thought about what hes going to do now he has the money that i bought for back.

here is noli bumping before the 29th, and after. which shows how regardless of the roll back, he had GP he was selling.


when i confront him about selling gp before and after the rollback date, he cannot answer the question.



i know this is confusing. here are my main evidence:

1) he's a big bsgp seller, why would he not have any stock when the rollback date was. but suddenly have so much that he "lost". this means he mae all his money from the 29th-till now, but has suddenly lost that all? and had nothing before then? PLEASE.

2) he's trying to get advantage of a situation, where he thinks he can get away with it, as it would be difficult to proove him wrong, but i think i've cleared that up by the fact he sells gp both before and after the roll back date.

I Sold 260m to Productions and everything went smooth.​

we did and before trade 07 for battlescape and every time everything went smooth.
Productions he said i scam him

As you guys can see sold to him 260m on battlescape after 2days.
happen this Reset "RollBack" from palidino he is owner on battlescape.
Productions he said lost 260m im sorry if that is true but i never got any money back from this.
is not my fault for what palidino did on battlescape.​

So after roary ask for something offical i was on battlescape forum.
then i saw alot other people lost they money from this rollback (update).

This was misunderstood there was a RollBack (Bug) on battlescape, dont was my my fault.
and Productions understand that thank you for your time guys.

i dont think you understand, i really can't explain unless you play the server or are in my situation.


EXAMPLE:

someone has 100m on the 29th of december.

they go and stake and make 200b. but on the 2nd of jan, there is a rollback and they are left with only the 100m that they had on that date.

but noli was selling bsgp form both before and after the roll back.

 

hey. im done with this thread.

we never gunna find out what really happened. i know noli is a nice dude, and he's been trustworthy before..

he shouldn't get banned over something like this, it's not really fair. so i wanna withdraw my report if thats ok.

There's really not anything to suggest Noli got the gold back. Bulk sellers usually A) have more than 1 account and B) Buy more if it gets lost.
