    By the looks of it this user is trying to impersonate being RS4me (as he became inactive after and has an IP audit match), however the IP match is mobile, and the home IP's don't line up (users are close, but different geo-locations). I don't see any other correlations either. I've banned @Pumar permanently (for attempting to imposter scam here + added the previous report to his ban reason as well).
