Question for Gold Sellers

Why do so many gold sellers have Player Auction Secure Checkouts setup[example:HamJamK & RS2Sell/R2Pleasant/King Tijn], while most of the other item sellers/skills services don't. I am mostly wondering what is the incentive to set that up and is it something specifically used for gold selling. This is mostly just a curiosity since it was a pattern I noticed in the gold selling section.

Pros:

Cons:
High fees, they charge a 14.99%+$1.99 fee for gold and items, even higher for accounts and powerleveling services.
Not instant payment, PlayerAuctions will hold the payment until the buyer confirms delivery.
Order verification. For buyers, they will call you to confirm order and may request your ID documents for big transactions.
