Terms of Service

1. Once the service is completed, you are required to update your account password. We are not liable for any issues that occur afterward.
2. You may not access the account while the service is in progress unless you receive prior approval from us. If you need access, please contact us first.
3. Refunds will only be issued if work on the order has not yet begun.
4. Full payment must be made before any service is started.
5. Always request private message (PM) confirmation to ensure the legitimacy of the transaction and prevent scams.
6. We are not responsible for any bans, suspensions, or mutes that may occur after the service has been completed.
7. Before the service begins, you must remove any valuable or non-essential items from the account that are unrelated to the requested service.
8. Timeframes, if provided, are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur, including situations where completion takes significantly longer than expected.
9. Services may be carried out by team members or myself. If necessary, the order may be outsourced to ensure completion. We remain responsible for the work delivered.
