Backstory:

A couple days ago, I received a 2 day ban for alching with the Murgee Random Interval Autoclicker. This was after the first 6 hours of using the software.

The underlying problem is that most clickers sample their time delay from a uniform distribution. After thousands of clicks, Jagex's anti-cheat software can easily detect a nice rectangular distribution. This clicker, however, uses inverse transform sampling to sample from a normal/gaussian distribution configured by the user. This makes the time delays much more realistic.

Since AHK is acceptable by Jagex provided it's 1:1, there's no reasonable way for their statistical analysis tools to flag this as cheating. The underlying code could easily handle other distributions, potentially gaussian mixtures, which may be available in future releases. Note that the 50MB file size is due to the inclusion of necessary libraries during packaging.
