PC on 5 year accounts (ironman)

So I stumbled upon a list of rsns that I created in the past, many years ago. As these accounts have never done tutorial island, curious, I logged in to see if they can be created as ironman accounts, and they can.

What is the going for accounts like these? They are 4 years off the 10 year cape so that is insignificant, but every single one can access the 5 year cape and be made into an ironman/hardcore ironman account, AND have a fresh name created on account activation. These accounts have no email address, and are logged in using a straight username.

Any tips?
