A Few Questions About Hiring A Worker

How do these levelers and questers work it out, when they have a worker(s).

I understand most of them pay a deposit, just incase they ever scam, but what about getting unwanted levels up?

For example:

If the worker is supposed to train a 60 Attack, 80 Str, 1 Def account and they get the def up, who's liable?

 

I reckon in this case its always on the head of the employer as the worker may have a sythe account but he isn't to be held responsible as such as he paid that "deposit." Unless something can be worked out eg other stats trained for free I reckon compensation has to be paid.

 

Ultimately the employer is liable, although the employer could first make a case against the worker and demand they pay the damages if the worker has a sythe account.

 

Employer is liable as mentioned above. It's then up to the employer to do what they see is necessary to punish/seek reparations from the employee. In most cases it would be refunding/compensating with the employees deposit.

 

Since the employee messed up, the customer should be paid for damages with the employee's deposit. Or he should make a new account for him (which he most likely won't want to do).
But I don't think ruining a pure is a common thing luckily.
In short employee is responsible.

 

Employee is responsible, but if they decide just fuck it and quit I'm pretty sure the rest of the blame falls on you.

Ex 25m deposit doing quests on max 1 def pure gets like 9 def or whatever... obv not going to pay the rest / remake accounts = on you

 

Id really like to know why someone who is legit going to decide ruining someones pure.

 

Could be an accident. E.G level 2 defence
