I am selling my maxed 9hp account which is hand trained and was originally maxed in 2018 then unplayed up until early 2021 when I trained archaeology to 99 with the intention to sell the account.
I am not the original owner of the account, the account was purchased by me as a fresh 9hp account around 2010-2011 and I have never had any issues with the account or any contact with the seller since. The account is an original 9hp account from pre-rs2 and not a stat wiped account.
The account has never been recovered, hacked, locked or banned. There are no offences on the account.

The wealth evaluator shown in the screenshot shows untradeable wealth to include the blood fury and grace of the elves shown on the account, there are other useful untradeable items on the account but almost no tradeable wealth.
It might be important to note the account has gained some hp xp.

terms:
1: I am not responsible for any mutes or bans that occur after the account is sold
2: I am not responsible for any item losses/gains after the account is sold - Additionally I will not personally log into the account again after its sale (for example in the case of any services I offer - now or in the future - this account will not be eligible)
3: I will assist with unlocking the account should it be locked in the months that follow the purchase of the account
4: I will assist in recovery of the account should there be any problems with the password/recovery of the account in the months that follow the purchase of the account
5: If the account is believed to be recovered in the months that follow the purchase of the account and I am unable to assist you in regaining access to the account a refund can be arranged
6: I am not responsible for any significant changes that effect the accounts value while the account is in your possession - for example gaining constitution xp and ruining the 9hp level - if this were to happen no refund would be offered
7: any unspecified timeframes will be confirmed between myself (the seller) and the buyer prior to the finalised sale of the account. My suggested default is 3 months in regards to unlocking/assisting with password recovery. This can be negotiated.
