    Hello Sythe.org,I'm still new to here.But I want to Grow and become Trusted and i'm so lucky to be in such a Great community.
    Purpose: This is for Rs2 Clients Only,It creates Partyhats and allows them to be Placed into your Item8.java.
    You need to download the Batch file,Which can be found
    Here
    Now,If you Don't Feel safe Downloading it,it's Fine.
    Step 1- Open notpad and paste this in,Then save it titled as anything .bat:

    I'm good at Batch Already,so I know all the codes.
    The rest was me typing in custom options/Messages and pasting in items from my client.

    What you need first,Is an open source client For mopar.
    Then you add these items in class8.java
    The phat creator gives you the code to paste in there-so you don't have to do it manualy
