The Word Alive Sold acc twice?

Now let me explain.

The person on there is selling an account called 84. Later on this guy comes in and claims to have sold him the account a week ago as he sais.

Well looking at the vouch in his signature there is already a person named "Zebra" thanking him for selling the account.

He obviously recovered and resold, or it is a fake vouch. Either way the account was sold 2 times.
