Scammer Report against RS The Zohan

Well long time with no posting a scammer report, I was trying to buy a Game Card (3months membership) from this guy called "RS The Zohan" we agreen on 4M Rsgp for the card, so we agreed on me givin the first 2M, after that he sould give pin, I aply and then we would tranfer the other 2M, as sson as I gave the 2m he gave me some numbers "saying that they were the half of the game card code", he said that I should give all the money for him to give me the full game card code, as we agreed on other thing, I told him to give me the 2m back, but as sson as i say that he blocked me on MSN.
And now im reporting.
