Level 69 Granite Mauler

I'm looking to get rid of my Runescape 2007 account as I really just hate the game..

It's a level 69 granite maul pure, stats are following:
50 atk
91 str
76 range
31pray
82 magic


Not sure if it's legal to trade it for real money, but that would be my only interest.
