RS Upgrade Card selling question:

I noticed that "pin" selling isn't allowed. Is that the same thing as me going to the store, purchasing a $10 card and selling the code?

 

The proper procedure is that you must apply the code yourself or get a middleman to apply it. Simply selling someone the pin is against the rules.

 

I had the same question and I think it should be more clear in the rules.

 

Its better to just use a MM that can apply the code to secure both parties. Well there is no way to be clear about it either you use a MM and let the MM apply the code or you do it all depends on trust and what the buyer and seller agree on, but I guess there should be an update in the rule I was not even aware that pin selling had been banned.
