This script now works perfectly for both PHP 4.x.x and PHP 5.x.x thanks to teh spade for telling me how to get the file_get_contents() to work on 4.x.x and php.net for the microtime_float() function!

suggestion: if you are going to make dynamic stat pictures, then you should change the name from the get value. Because most forums disable the use of dynamic pictures as forum siggys... So you have to fake the picture to look static.

for example:http://goons.freepgs.com/FUN/rs_stats_pic.php?user=zezima
should be changed to http://goons.freepgs.com/FUN/rs_stats_pic.php/zezima

then you should explode the "/" from script name from the server env vars, and tada, you can use it in forums...
