Buying Gangster/Mafia Script

Soon I'll be setting up hosting, and getting a domain, etc.

I want to start up a mafia site. I don't have the programming experience so I am looking to buy a script that is unique, quality, and as bug free as possible. Something secure as well.

As I start putting together my team for the site we will most likely add features, and things to the game, so the script should also be easy to edit/add too.
