As a ex-associate of @RS Phoenix ("Scammer"), I've been watching the report thread closely and noticing @Bluuurr ("Victim") might have been screwed royally. Blur, just know that account will never be safe, it can and will always be recoverable.

Sythe Mod (Poat) did not handle the situation well either. It's a Jagex Launcher Account so:

1. Evidence from Victim: The Mod should have asked the Victim to provide the email from Jagex showing when the account was removed from their launcher. This would prove exactly when it was recovered or just disabled for whatever Jagex's reasons were.
2. Evidence from Scammer: The Mod should have required the Scammer to screen-share their Jagex recovery approved email. A live screen-share is necessary because static email screenshots can easily be faked using inspect element. Imagine they recovered the account 1 month ago, cleaned the bank, faked the screenshot and then "transfer' the account. It should have been recovered to the victim's email directly
3. Inconsistent Rules: The Victim has no reason to make a false report about their bank being cleaned. Since Victim claimed someone last logged in just 5 days before the recovery, the Mod should not have allowed the Scammer to log in after the supposed recovery without a Mod Present. This oversight contradicts standard practice, as smaller vendors are routinely monitored during such transitions, yet a higher scammer donor was exempted.

@Bluuurr - Go to your account settings on the Jagex Website and export account data. It will show when exactly the account was recovered, to which email address which could break the Scammer's entire defence.

I think @RS Phoenix should get a TWC for not providing prompt support (2 months to recover an account.. and no warning) and @Poat needs some training.
