    Explanation of the trade: this worker is from pakistan, i have been in loop with paki workers and all of them joining seem to be from the same person or organization. they all end up killing, raising defence or stealing customers bank.
    How they scammed: they killed the GHCIM of customer after 2 weeks of him not changing password, Erick ( the previous report i had done ) had done this on purpose after customer not changing password for 10 hours after service completion so they mark the service as complete and they do the damages after, this guy is also from pakistan and had relation with erick and we have found evidence that they have or might be the same person and hes trying to take vengeance by scamming my customers he stole 90m worth of GHCIM after customer not changing password or forgetting too and killing them 3 times on their hardcore. i believe this needs to be put to stop they keep doing this to our organization im trying to not be racist here and fire all pakis but it seems to me the right thing to do, all of them are coming in and having a vengeful plan in their head and ruining our customers accounts on purpose.

    i would like to address concern not that i care about anyone's opinion, but there are people who have been with me along time and i would like them to hear the story out, we dont really care about haters they're below us.
    addressing concerns:
    Not a scam report.

    addressed here that i scam my workers and my hiring is flawed and i should get TWC.

    however, all of these reports are workers admitting to scamming. and each customer got more then enough compensation out of our own pocket and they were happier than before they were to get scammed.


    so i would like to say thank you for making this report. it actually helps the business, people think just because i get reported against im gonna be upset. its what grows the business. so i ask you to keep going.


    and about R$N lovers he is related to Erick, erick had been reported before guys are depositing big and admitting to scamming customers and customers getting more than enough compensation and these employees getting caught

    if you have read the reports the workers are admitting to scams.

    you might think we get a lot of workers getting caught scamming employees but let me run down the number for you,

    we have vetted nearly 400-500 workers
    only 5-10 of them ended up into these situations and it's usually because customer forgetting to change password.
    this is without even using a plugin.
    we have refunded from our own pocket towards these clients, and u accuse me of scamming? dumbass.
    now tell me, what have you done to your business?

    i currently hold worker deposit and payout

    i would like to know from mods how to proceed with this

    as we have found evidence he's related to erick and we have let that go because we thought its not the same person til we got a complaint on a similar issue about them dying on a GHCIM on purpose 14 days after finishing the service.

    The evidence of this user being "Eric" is not sufficient. Most of the applications shown in the screenshots above are default Windows applications that are pinned at the installation state of Windows, and most people use RuneLite. There is nothing concrete to suggest they are the same user.

    As for the rest of this report regarding the user dying on HCGIM, I have checked @VirtGold's terms of service, which state:

    The customer agreed to this before they created a ticket, so the issue in this report is not the fault of @VirtGold but rather the incompetence of the customer as they didn't change there password on completion of the service. However, I would strongly advise @VirtGold to include a message when a service is complete, notifying the customer to change their password upon completion of the service, as they used to have one before their server got banned and are currently re-implementing it into their new server. I normally wouldn't go into as much detail on this before giving the ruling, but I feel it's necessary for reasons not related to this report.

    As for the customer/deposit/worker issue, we can't really prove who caused the death of HCGIM. In this case, we can't pinpoint who caused the death of HCGIM, as it could have been a previous service provider on the account or anyone else who had access to it. The customer has shown neglect for account security, in this case, more than others, it's not outside the realm of possibility, never mind the fact we don't have concrete evidence of the worker causing the death.

    Finally, @VirtGold, you will need to refund the worker in this case, as we don't have enough concrete evidence of anything to enforce any other action.

    I'm going to close this report as this case is more about seeking assistance with an issue rather than dispute resolution between two parties.
