Anyone know the timezone of usfine?

I was in there chat at 11:30pm they said i would get paid for my account in 8 hours cause it was night there and there paypal manager was not in. Tina told me this.Then i talked to ashley on msn she said he was on his OFFICE. It is now 11:58am eastern standard time and she is saying the same thing "Its night time we will pay 2 morrorw when paypal manager is in" there saying there located in the USA but that means its the afternoon....not the middle of night. Obviously liers.

Usfine works at night. they go on lunch around 11PM USA central time for an hour. and work until approximately 6 or 7 AM USA central. i am not sure what time they start though but i would assume they work 7-12 hour shifts so do the math
