(RS)Account Bans - When, Where, And Why?

Me being new, i haven't lost any accounts yet (at all - except my main when i went inactive for 3 years... if i could get that back it has full santa!)

Just asking for comments/you guys's experience on what gets accounts banned, how often it is, what evidence/whatever regarding having your RS accounts banned when botting/account trading.

 

botting excessively (like 4-5 days straight) apparently now it starts with a 14 day than 21 day than perm ban

 

what about botting for 2 weeks straight inconsistently with activity breaks & monitoring the bots as long as they run, talking with people, etc.

as i have done

 

Then you have an extremly low chance of a ban, talking while botting the account lowers you ban rate by so much.

 

yeh, i'm extremely lazy as far as clicking goes, but i enjoy good miner's conversation as much as the next guy.

So, could you guys tell me about what accounts yuo HAVE gotten banned, and why?

 

A looong time ago I tried phishing accounts. It worked great 'til they tied it all back to my main, which I was transferring all the stolen items to!

Yea, my main is 100% legit, no botting, no exceptions.

Honestly, im only here in hopes of earning money to first get members on my main, and second b/c i like money.

but the community is good too, great conversation here lol. (Compared with? lol)

 

Ive gotten my old main banned for sharing and hacking and recovering rofl

 

Got banned on my pure for botting -_-

 

Fa1, any more details you can give about what you think you may have done wrong?

 

My main was banned for botting that was back when it was always permanent.. Now people get cut way more slack.

 

I was banned on my Main with 99 range, it was about 2 weeks after i achieved 99 range and i was alching... using rsbot (now powerbot) auto high alcher. and sent in apeal and everything... tried looking at evidence and there was none. so yeah theres my story =P

 

I've gotten sooo many accounts banned.

A few months ago, I made 5 accounts and botted them all for a week straight mining clay.

2 of them got banned, the other 3 are still up, all with over 10m

I had a wc bot. I only botted 10 hours a day, and the bot was off every 2 days. It got perm banned, not even a 14 day ban

I had a main that was lvl 119. This was back in like 2007. The hacker spammed swear words, and tried to hack people, getting me perm banned. It cannot be unbanned now, because of it.

 

I just suicide botted my used-to-be-friend's account with an auto-typer spamming I'm botting. I'm not quite sure why it was banned.

 

I was banned suicide botting rune sodoku. I was only able to bot it for about 15 hours and made about 13M. I opened my bot to check it, then got randomly logged out, tried to login and got the disabled message.

 

I have never had an account banned for botting, but I never bot more than 12 hours at a time. I have only used the free bots that come with RSbot.

I ran into it! about 3 weeks ago!

and (i was not botting yet lol) (and i wanted the clay)

I got a trail of 15 people to follow it and say to passerby's to report/join in

was a omglol experience for me.
