Questions on my way to 99 fishing

I'm currently fishing trout/salmon on my way to 99 near ardougone. There's a river next to a salesman so it's nice and fast xp.

I don't do any quests so this is what I'm wondering..

What should I start fishing at what level and where on my way to 99?

I care mostly about fast xp.

trout-salmon is the fastest until like 85-99 i heard. Most of my fishing level bots did that til 90 til monks

 

How much XP* you make per hour w/ salamon & trout?
