Cheap 91 slayer 99hp/range/def/mage/cook/wc 2k+ total

Haven't played the game seriously in months, the account is completely cleared minus a various different construction/slayer items (KBD head, giant shark, kurask head) etc. Willing to go first to trusted members.

It has recovery questions, and I'm not really sure how to remove them with the new system (JAG or whatever), so if anyone interested could clue me in that'd be great. I'm only taking paypal, no GP.
