Royce Man offsite scamming.

[Jamster!]

''royce man'' was caught scamming on another website that starts with MMO. He tried to scam me for a Global Offensive beta key and scammed another user for a swtor game. Please ban him here so that he may not continue scamming people, thanks.

Banned him for evading.
