royal crown ?

i have seen that they drop but yet it's still impossible to get one in ge at lowest price wth or highest

any ideas what's up with it or do i have to snipe it?

Looks to have started rising again; you'll have to try sniping one for now.

Not individually.
Might be able to find a street value if you have a large amount of crowns though.

 

Just got another, they are just buying for max in G.E for the moment takes about 24 Hrs to get one.
