Rotten potato.. In game item--- how much is it worth?

For those of you that dont know what the rotten potato is, basically it's a mod item that spawns a quest cape and does a bunch of other functions. I believe a J mod had it sometime in stealing creation and acouple people stole it. Now, I have a friend that claimed and proved he had an acc wih said potato on it. Any idea how much this is potentially worth?

 

Dont know because you cant trade it i guess? But if you can transfer it you can ask a nice amount for it

 

Don't believe him, he is lying, but if such item existed, the elders of sythe would pay about 1.5-3K $ for it depending on what it does.
Although the elders of runescape would never allow such a trading.

 

^ theres a video on youtube. and its legit. and it wasn't a couple of people who robbed it, it was one person and they got banned straight after.

 

it would be priceless, if u could have one without being banned. members from bugabuse had one but account was soon deleted. its pretty much spawns any item randomly.

 

If he has it he will be banned. So I don't think anyone would want to buy it considering the account could be deleted.

 

Thanks for the input guys. I just confirmed he has it on a lvl 35, and I am to buy the account. He said that like dung items they can't go and wipe them out because of the sheer amount of accounts they would have to look through. Dun ask me, but it's pretty shady

 

Btw, I looked it up, it doesn't give specific item spawning abilities anymore, it only gives the quest cape and hood upon request and let's you afk indefinitely, as well as teleporting you to glitched areas to "fix" them.

I see this as an item that you will get banned from, despite the rarity of it.

 

Well, was just wondering if I bought the account, and if someone would buy it afterwards. It's just like dung items, you can't really use it, but it's just like a rarity thing.

 

Buy that account. Then spawn the questcapes, alch the cape, bank the hood, repeat. You'll profit billions

 

Then afterwards, you get banned, wonderful

 

It can't be bought. The users who obtained it did so by bug abusing on a Jagex Moderator. For this to work you first close proximity to a JMod and also have knowledge of said bug.

 

Hax unit stated that Jagex Fixed it and you can no longer get rotten tomatoes.
You can use cheat engine if you know the ID number but not functional

You'll probably make a good amount of RSGP before you get banned if you sell the gold or transfer it.
