How they scammed: Worked me into the role of Co-Owner, while I was merely making a discord bot, only to exit scam and push the debt on me.


Hi all,

With the reports coming in towards Spectecular Deliveries and Ko (or Koss), I wanted to publish my own report, since I feel like a victim in this nasty situation too. He made a self-report, indicting himself of the amounts that have been scammed, including an attempt to scam me out of a tbow for additional funds, and seems to call for me to reimburse the funds he stole since he was the owner managing all the funds in his Crypto and Cashapp wallets. In his report, he refers to himself as the sole manager of the business:

"To start off with the reasoning, running the service has become incredibly stressful as the sole manager."

Ko started SD as a means for the duped workers and customers of the GetTaxed debacle. In the end, he chose to scam us all again in a similar manner, which calls for a high amount of audicity after he convinced me many times how much he and his fellow workers lost on this situation. I will be clarifying my role as Co-Owner in this situation, and hope to make clear that I did not partake in this scam, that this role was merely symbolic, while he tries to use me as a scapegoat for the funds he managed and stole. I want to refer to the GetTaxed situation here, where Alastor was being duped by GetTaxed in his exit scam in a similar manner, and feel like I have been taken in the same way:

My assumption is that Ko has specifically schemed it in a way that he would have me in the Co-Owner role and have let me have discord ownership, so that he could abuse the Sythe rules and TOS to now create a debt and put this debt on my name, as can ben seen from his self-report. Any management or operations like decision, such as increasing taxes on jobs, accepting jobs from customers and handling/storing payments, allocating workers to jobs, hiring new workers and onboarding them, handling and storing worker deposits, paying workers salary and whatever action you can think of was done on his accord. Ko had all server credit in his own management, and I never received a profit like payment aside from a compensation for the bot hosting costs I made, received from him. My responsibilities were merely a discord bot developer.

Summary of my case

I initially joined Koss in his SD venture when he started up. I joined the server because I was a customer of GetTaxed, and he was offering a new place for the duped workers and customers. Since I lost 800$ as a customer in the GetTaxed scam, I was eager to join, and he convinced me he would never do something so similar, and I valued his integrity.

After some discussion, I wanted to contribute to his noble setup by offering to make a Discord bot for him, helping him to automate his services. He accepted this contribution, and I joined the management team. A division of tasks was made, and I would be responsible for making him a pricing bot, and made clear that I would not have time to play an active role in the server, handle finances or contribute to operations in any way.

Ko made it very clear that the Co-Owner role here was mainly symbolic, as my only contribution would be making and maintaining a pricing bot. He would be the "owner owner". He even refers to the Co-Owner role as "just a title. In the second screenshot, he even mentions the situation where Alastor was thrown under the bus for just having the Co-Owner title but no real implications in the operations or the finances of the server, hence is why I referenced Alastors post, as this is identical to my situation.

As for "owner owner", I'd nominate myself, only because I think most of the workers trust me here, as well as customers.

Eventually, Ko came up with the idea to give me ownership of the server, because this would make it easier for me to work with permissions and would allow me to clone the discord server to create a testing environment for the pricing bot. This is an assumption, but it might have been early part of a scheme to pin this all on me.

Im thinking, with you working on bots, we could nip it in the bud early.Maybe get Vil to transfer you the server owner under the premise you need it for the bots


Based on this idea, I requested the transfer of the ownership to my name, hence is why I am currently server owner.

In terms of compensation for making and maintaining this bot, and for the tasks Davy handled, Koss offered both Davy and me a share out of the profit fund that he held and managed, with him receiving payment from the workers. As of today, I have not received any compensation in terms of profit from this collaboration. The only times I have received a compensation, are for costs I made for hosting the bot (€28 in the first month for setup, and €10 in each subsequent month for the hosting costs.

Ko has always been handling every transaction, taking worker deposits in his holdings, taking customer job payments into his holdings, and keeping all profits in his holdings. I have never touched a single dollar in terms of funds of his business, apart from the compensation I received for the costs I made hosting the bot.

I noticed that things felt off when he started pushing me to lend 1B, and then going on to try and lend my tbow. He was pushing hard, which is never a good sign. In his report, he admits that he willingly tried to steal my tbow to increase his amount of stolen funds, which makes me a target and victim of this scam. He then went on to scam Hand Wash's tbow, while also trying to pin that on me.

Based on his report, he willingly took off with all the funds, and is somehow going to pay a selective part of some of the open balances, while requesting that I cover the rest of the stolen funds. The problem is, he has all this funds in his own management, and I never saw a dime while merely developing a discord bot for him. I specifically mention that my involvement in his business is:

Not the operations, I've never expected you to start answering tickets ha But I've questioned the discord bots, passed on bugs and feedback from customers, I don't think youve responded once to




He is around to mention the amount of stolen funds in his self-report, and has no right indicting me for the stolen funds that he posts with such audacity. I wanted to contribute to his noble project with goodwill, developing a discord bot to create a soothing environment for the duped customers and workers from the GetTaxed exit scam, and now he tries to pinpoin this to me? That just seems unfair, and since he is around to commit to his crimes, he should be the one to solve it and return the funds he took from his workers and customers.

Ko made it clear that my Co-Owner role was only symbolic and "just a title", that he would be the "owner owner", that I would contribute only by developing a bot for him, while he handled all other managerial matters. With me not receiving any profit or payout (with the compensation for costs I made on the bot excluded), I call for your understanding in this situation, and see the similarities between my case and the Alastor case in the GetTaxed situation. With him around to self-report his scheme, he should be held accountable for his actions, and not be able to use my as a scapegoat.

 

This is a false assumption.

You were co-owner roughly day 2-3 of the discords creation. I've never been discord owner, the initial founder 'V', who left on good terms with us, handed you discord ownership.

I even asked for discord ownership, but you never gave it me or responded as you've clearly evidenced, the 'owner' was merely a title but again, zero communication skills from you.

The only ever time you responded in the discord was when you needed payments for the discord bots, which as of today, equalled to around 300m-400m.

You were made aware of scenarios and consistently asked for opinions and feedback on internals affairs (worker scamming clients). You were paid the same 33% as myself & the mod.

In reference to the title 'owner owner', this was purely appearance only. As you have provided evidence, we all had equal parts of the discord. All 4 of us were considered owners. 'V' stepped down, CrazyDavy stepped down to moderator, leaving only myself and you. You are not "just a guy making bots".

For the longest time, we were receiving only 5% tax.

You were charging 100m/month (30 euro for the first month, which was around 200m~), to maintain the bots. Me, you & Davy never saw any personal profits because everything went to the discord bots that you failed to maintain, failed to develop. The skills calculator was due in April and when you finally decided to work on them in June, you only completed 25% of them. Infact, considering you were being paid to do it, you were copying from another discord service (Pharaoh), which I even let you know I disagreed with.

To finalize, your case and Alastors case has zero similarities. Alastor was made co-owner as a scapegoat. You were co-owner from the very start. You are not a scapegoat.
