The Babadook

For anyone who has not seen this horror movie, I suggest you go watch it right now. It's an Australian horror film with like a 95%+ rating on Rottentomatoes. I was skeptical because I'm a bit of a critic, but my GOD. This film is scary from start to finish.

Technically its a psychological thriller because the movie is very complex and filled with symbolism and metaphor, but the movie is striking nonetheless.

 

This movie is overrated. It's not scary at all, if anything it's super drained out. I almost slept through most of the movie.

 

You've got to be trolling. Audience and critic reviews strongly disagree with you, but the movie is packed with symbolism so maybe you just couldn't keep up.

Objectively I disagree and subjectively I disagree. Maybe you'll like the new Rob Zombie movie, lol, go check that out. "31"

I'm against you on this one.
Good suspense, but the ending took a hard left turn.
I won't spoil it for those that haven't seen it, but honestly, the babadook graphics were disappointing and like I said, the ending left me unhappy with the whole film.
Good suspense, but that's it.
If I wanted to watch a suspense thriller, I'd watch
Don't Breathe.
Way better than the Babadook.
