    Does anybody have any experience with this headset?

    I was about to buy the model down from it today in-store, but decided to look into these. All of the reviews hint that they're pretty good, comfortable, and reliable. Just wandering if any of you guys own them or have used them?

    Also, any other suggestions for a $100 headset are welcome.

    I've been using a $15 piece of crap.

    i've used razer products and i can say they're one of the shittier pc peripherals apart from their mice.

    they work fine, nothing spectacular.
    but they don't last.

    My opinion, the mice don't last either. I don't know much about headsets since I generally play on my surround system that I spent a fortune on...but I don't have much good to say about razer as a whole.

    I like their keyboards, but I haven't used many other I must say.

    Their mice are "meh" in my opinion.

    I'm still leaning towards this headset, unless someone else can show me something else with very high praise.

    I hate razer products, the only thing they make worth a shit is the Deathadder. Especially for myself who travels a bit, you're not going to see durability in their peripherals.

    Personally, I use Astro A40's for streaming, PC, music and xbox simultaneously and I love it. It's the most comfortable headset I've ever tried, and the sound quality is great.

    One of my buds also suggested those to me, it's just a bit out of my price range right now.

    If i can make a headset last close to a year, I'll be happy.
