Need some help with playerauctions!

So yeh, i recently sold an runescape account, and he has changed everything to his own (Like email and shit). But he contacted me saying that i needed to change jag guardian before he will do the ''Pending Buyer Inspection''. So what i'm asking about is, should i just fix it for him? And if i wait out the 3 days, will i get my money?

Edit: Cuz i've been told that i shouldn't send him anything if it's not through playerauctions.

 

I think the only way you can remove Jagex guardian is if you recover the account and send Jagex an email saying you want them removed for security reasons. Once he has paid, if it states that Playeractions will disburse you in 3 days then yes they will.
