Sorry for prnt screen images, someone linked me all this and doesn't have a sythe account.

 

Yeah this doesn't seem to be a coincidence at all + he's actively selling the same account (using older pictures to make it seem as if it's not his - refer here). I'd ban him as it appears that he still hasn't learned his lesson, however I'm just going to issue a DNT on him for now, and he may choose whether he wants to pardon, or go down the bad route of ban evasion.
