How they scammed: He recovered the money on paypal.

You guys can ban him or not, wont get my money back. He sent it as a gift with a note, and the lady at paypal said hes still going to win. I'm not going to be using paypal anymore.

I know the rules say, do not post chat history, but I do not have live logs.



USA wanted to post on the thread, but I dont think he is able to, might be wrong tho.
