[RESOLVED] Reporting Factory New (Yep it's me again...)

Hi Admins,

Bit of an odd one here and stupidity on my part. Factory new has took me for 28M and dropped fire cape, torso etc. and robbed few supplies out of my bank.

I was actually speaking to his "fake" Skype but I actually believe this to still be him.

Explanation of the trade:
Supplied 28M to train from 50 - 80 Strength. Can share a video of the transaction... Please get in touch with me. He then logged on to my account and demanded 40M for which I told him to fuck off ^^.

How they scammed:
Still trying to get my head around this but once I paid I realized this was in fact a fake Skype BUT it's obvious to me now that he's actually in control of this. He then created a fake Skype account of me and copied the same conversation in and then screen shot this in to the below PM.

& Look guys, I'm here for nothing but legitimate services. I probably don't have enough proof to be honest but believe me this guy is working everybody. If it doesn't come out now it will eventually.

IDK Sythe TOS but even if I was offered a refund by Factory I would refuse so long as he remains perm banned.

Unfortunately, that is not Factory New. You were scammed by the man in the middle scam. You were talking to a fake Factory New. The same person added the real Factory New and asked him to PM you. That's why you have to make sure both you and him are talking via PM. Yes, it is unfortunate, but you must be more vigilant in the future. Factory New is not responsible for impostor scams, I'm sorry again for your loss.

For mods, the fake GW AS Skype ID is "egrsbot" he's pulled this multiple times and he does not have a Sythe account as far as I know.

 

Touche... makes sense. I apologize to Factory for false slander... get this closed up ASAP.

Side note to mods... personally I think a Skype button in sig should be mandatory for anyone selling services/anything.
