Rock crabs still burstable?

just curious seeing as i heard some people talking saying they werent.. and my gear setup is burst runes/sol/arcane stream/arcane ss/infin boots/ring of life/full ahrims (i can use polypore but not sure which is better)

and how many casts/hr do i get
and how many charms/hr do i get

and last question.. how long does it take to get full battlemage charged and is it worth getting it charged to use with sol

By rock crabs, I think you mean rock lobsters.
Sol is better than polypore if you are bursting, and I use combat robes + SoL + arcane stream, seers ring (i), ragefire boots myself

I love the rune saving effect.

about half an hour if you barrage + claw spec when you play FoG
