Explanation of trade:

i sold user @Excrutions a low level pure the exact date of this can be found on my vouches.

Now Excrutions messaged me around September stating he had sold it to @buyingmainaccountasaplol which was fine but i stated i wouldn't be responsible for anything that may go wrong ect.


Today 4/5 months later his messaged me on discord: this is his discord:

Now he messaged me today stating this:

Now i personally think @buyingmainaccountasaplol Just wanted me to recover it so he could appeal the ban, but he implicated to me that another user was a scammer(when he wasn't), i don't appreciate being lied too, this is sketchy and deserves a TWC at the least (This is why i no longer give out any recovery info)....

It may of been that @Excrutions did recover the account from @buyingmainaccountasaplol
However i see this unlikely seeing as the account banned in september, if @buyingmainaccountasaplol can provide proof that the email was indeed swapped over then this will clarify Excrutions did recover the account and should be punished accordingly as it was on his email today - However i refuse to help @buyingmainaccountasaplol unless this proof is provided as he has accused @Excrutions of being a scammer.

Then spoke to the user on January 19th 2020 with nothing being said about said account.

and this is the only proof I have that the email was never changed. I did the accounts to email option to see what was linked to my email and found that it was still linked to the account. on September 28th

I'm not 100% what is going on, I just know I paid 75m or something for the account way back when and knew it could be banned for botting..but I also know to wait months before submitted an appeal directly to rs mods..I just did a wave of appeals (4 of 6 unbanned) and want my chance at appealing this account. I find it very likely that executions recovered some how as he knew the account was banned but I never told him..LCEsales stated that excrutions knew it was banned due to the fact that he couldn't find it in the hiscores..he also knew what month it was banned in sept.. picking up what I'm putting down?

Who religiously checks hiscores on sold accounts unless they're waiting to recover them once leveled or banned...

I've done plenty of business on this site and have never had to defend myself about telling a lie. The only truth I know is that someone recovered the account that wasnt me, i never re sold it and the evidence leans towards the person with the fishy info (check my vouches, I've bought plenty and sold zero)

 

I don't think your understanding.

When emails are registered you get two emails - One asking to confirm - second confirming the change -

The second is missing.

Excrutions realised the change wasn't completed (as proven in his screenshot)

You messaged me telling me that the "scumbag had recovered the account"
i thought this weird as generally he shouldn't have enough info to do so.
I asked Excrutions to reset the password for me to return to you, upon doing so i saw it was banned in September, the only thing fishy here is you got an account banned and rather than going to the guy you bought it from you bypassed him and accused him of being a scammer to me, you can't go around calling people a scammer without proof, you should of messaged him directly and he could of helped you.

Instead you now look like a liar and "scum" yourself as you where sneaky about it; i'm not satisfied with your explanation so far but will let a mod decide if i need to do a recovery attempt for you.


Also you state you paid "75M or something" for the account.. umm in the screen shot it shows the sale was for 15M...

 

Yo it appears you are right, I suppose i never did accept the email change request. You've been on this site long enough to know that scum lurk here though..why would I ask the person who I believed recovered the account if they did so and leave the chance that they submit the ban appeal themselves and take the 20m+ on the account as well as whatever else I left on it.. I'd rather it gone to this where everything is sorted with all parties involved then have the attempt at being manipulated. @Excrutions I apologize for calling you out for something you aren't. I also got a ton of information fucked up as I thought I bought this acc for 75m (looking back at the vouch I left you I realize it isn't the one I was confusing it with) I literally spent 4 hours yesterday researching all the information I could find on numerous accounts to find out who owned what in order to help me submit a ban appeal..you were caught in the crossfire and that's my mistake.

Edit: when also looking back at my vouch for you I remember the trade more vividly and how accommodating you were to my time..thank you.
