This guide that you are about to read will basically prevent you from getting scammed by dealing with paypal.

Many people on Sythe still think a Claim/Cancel works when indeed it's not a 100% safe. When dealing with paypal, a user can always pay you and claim the money back the next day. The way to be safe with Paypal is by using it's different types of payment and the note which is attached to the payment.

Steps to be Safe:

#1. Have the buyer send the Payment as a "Gift" or "Money Owed". Having them send it as this will prevent them from charging back because these are Personal Payments being made.

#2. Always use the Note that Comes with the Payment.

#3. Tell the Buyer to write this in the note. "This is a Virtual Item I am purchasing. I will not under any circumstances Claim/Dispute the Money back." You must be wondering why you should get them to write this note. Paypal does not support Virtual Items. This would make it hard for the buyer to charge back and Win his money back.

Another Thing to watch out for when dealing with Paypal is if the buyer's Paypal is even his. I've read that a couple of times the buyer pays and after a while the payment gets withheld by Paypal because of a unauthorized transaction.

Steps to be Safe:

#1. Always request the buyer to e-mail you from his Paypal E-Mail. This will confim that the money coming in is from his very own Paypal Account.

I think that if the paypal account if verified by credit card , he can just call the credit card company and say he didn't authrize the payment/transaction.

You should only accept payments from balance ( bank funded )

Only accept money from paypal balance , its few minutes to call bank and get money back. paypal is only "middleman" and he wont react if he do so.
