45 Defence = 70+ Range
Items You should bring
300 Purple Sweet
7 Saradomin Brew
1 Ranging Potion
19 Super Restore



70 Defence = 60+ Range
Items You Should bring
100 - 200 Purple Sweets (Dependant on range level)
6 Saradomin Brew
1 Ranging Potion
19 Super Restore
Diamon [e] bolt (100)

Done Around 45 Capes but not for sythe.
