Reporting Swimm for scamming

I posted a thread looking to buy 30m OSRS GP at $1.2/M.
He contacted me and we exchanged information and everything went smoothly until I sent him the money. He stopped responding and we had an argument where he said I'm trying to scam him when I sent him the money and he refused to refund.

He refuses to refund the money even now and refuses to give me the gold.
I have thus opened a dispute to receive my money back.
