Road To Pack Yak

Hey all, another progress log here, again I'll be continuing with the road to max cape, but I want a seperate one for Road To pack Yak. I'll be do 100 Frosts a day and then camping waterfiends for the rest of the day. I need approximately 105m for the shards and other stuff. After I've gotten the charms needed I will camp Frosts for the remaining GP

CURRENT BANK 12m/105m


Day 1.
Did my 1k Cannonballs, a nice profit of 1.6m, Off to do waterfiends. Will tell result at end off the day.
Off to do waterfiends current charms are 479crimsons and 19 blues
Current Waterfiends Set up :
Doing 2 trips of waterfiends daily then slaying for some charms. Mixing up as waterfiends might be a bit tedious. Trying out rock lobsters gg bank lol.
Got 155 Crims per 1k casts at rock lobsters. 5k cassts left [5 hours left] Waterfiends all the way to 96 Because this is too much money. 1.8m a hour where waterfiends are cheaper but 10 less charms per hour. If I manage 500 Charms Monday to Friday and 1k charms on the weekend thats 3.5k charms a week so roughly 4-5 weeks for my packyak. if I get 100 Frosts a day that's 3.5k Frosts when I get my packayk so I'll have 56m just from doing 100 a day. After I've done my charms I'll use the 50m to start on summoning and see what level I'll get from that. Hate Rock lobsters, stupid Dagannoth. Going to bed in 2 hours because my sleeping pattern is fucked up and I have school tommorow. Bought 12k deaths 20k Waters and 6k bloods for 3k barrages, apparantly that's going to be 1100 Crimsons. if barraging is twice better charms than waterfiends I'll be doing an hour of frosts or 2 hours to get 1.8m an hour then buy 1k worth of barrages and if it's better than waterfiends then I'll stick to that method if not I'll do waterfiends for 96. Going to sleep now sorry for the long read, I just write what I think/do throughout the day


Day 2.
Day 2:
Got back from a stupid day at school where I was telling about my friends about pack yaks. they had no idea of course. Have to tidy my room, EXP WASTE.Got some stupid wooden chair gotta get used to it, finally rock lobbies time. Hate the dags . Crashed once today, Stupid kids what's the point It's charm waste.170 crims an hour at rock lobs, not really worth the cost. frosts time. Still waiting to do Familazation Banked my Charms so I'm just going to do the charms without 500 a day. Went to do familization, did it went to waterfiends and got 223 charms in 40 minutes! Been doing waterfiends all day. Got up to 500 Crims. It's around 110 Crims an hour so not too bad. Going to bed tommorow hopefully I'll get 500 charms then camp out at frosts. Lets not get too bored also collecting Greens just incase I don't get enough blues.


Day 3.
Day 3:
Got back from school, had some ideas. when I get my pack yak I'll do frosts and buy claws fury full bandos and ofc Farming supplies wont be no updatestill sunday fucking banned for 3 days fucking pissed fuck my life


Day 4.: Nothing


Day 5.: Back onto the scaperune, timing black demons charms per hour.
150 charms an hour but 2.1k cballs an hour pretty good 600k lost an hour, back to waterfiends then. Got my 500 Charms night all.


Day 6.: Cool almost 400 crims. I slack

Day 7.: Got around 200 charms so far. May do a bit of frosts. Effigy lol 300 charms so far 400 500 600 :>

Day 8.
Day 8: start of a new week. 100 charms.200 charms 300 to go break time after dis trip.300 charms. 400 crims!! 100 to go. Enough charms for Unicorn but i wont start untill all charms is complete. 15k charms to go 450 charms i feel really ill, gnight

Day 9.
Day 9: Familization! Got 270 crimsons in an hour about 200 with 40 minutes of triple charms. <3 400 Crimsons, this has gone fast and relaxing, 1 more trip and I'm just gonna relax. 464 Crims, couldn't be asked to do any more for the last trip, pretty tired going to dream about pack yaks with a hot female on it.

Day 10.
Day 10: 100 Charms done, 200 I need 500m for max cape I worked that out today watching films while waterfiending effigy! lol 400 crims, watching this film that is amazinggggggg. 500 Crims, Night all. here is a pic of my effigy


Day 11.
Day 11: 100 Charms. 200 charms 400 charms. Using 1375 charms for 76-79 summoning for the double charm weekend in the chaos tunnels 77 sum 78 Summ 79! summoning is quite fun but my bank isn't having fun xD 79-83 summoning bought, I'm just gonna blow my bank on summoning Atm. night all.

Day 12.
Day 12: Quick day at school,I got these summoning levels: Now camping at black demons for double loot




Day 13.

Day 13OUBLE LOOT DAY Doing Black demons then gonna see how much charms per hour dust devils are. 135 Crims in 1 hour at BLACK DEMONS. 164 crims and hour @ dust devils, now to time waterfiends had a nap, currently 300 crims. Waterfiends are really hard in the tunnels. Got 134 Crims in 1 hour at dusts, Bad trip. Timing def exp an hour at dusts. 500 crims =]600 crims 124k def exp an hour At dusts.700 crims.500k gp from 1 dust devil trip 900 crims


Day 14.
Day 14: 200 crims. I need 1k more crims for 88 summoning then my amazing unicorn. Getting a bit bored - 300 crims. 400 crims. No dchain yet. 500 crims 600 crims, I fill ill night





Waterfiends Setup


Q: What will you be doing after You have a pack yak?
A:I will Camp frosts with Paul the pack yak and get money for the max cape.

Q:How long will this take?
AHopefully A month. Maybe more.

QWaterfiends Or Rock Lobsters?
A I'd choose Waterfiends as Rock lobsters is around 1.8-2m every 150 Charms where waterfiends are free and around 110 Charms a hour and you make a slight profit.

Swamp Titan [85 summ - 89 sum] - 4.2k to make shards cost - 630k shards - 15m swamp lizard - 5.4m
Geyser titan - 89-90 600 blue charms

90-99 11k swamps

Awesome goal mate, I know how much work it is to get a Pak Yak as I am preparing for one myself. I would HIGHLY suggest joining the Friends Chat "hughs horde" once per week and doing the Familiarisation mini-game. I assume that you know all about it, but just in the case that you don't - it's a very easy mini-game that takes about 5-10 minutes to complete, and it gives you triple charm drops one per week for about 45 mins - 1 hour!

Well 2m for 150 Charms an hour and alot of effort and annoyance due to crashers, I'd say Waterfiends.

Why would you never attempt Corp. It's really not that hard haha.
Also side note, when is day three update I want to follow this thread closely.

 

You still need lots of charms, but you'll get there eventually, keep that in mind.

 

This is a real pain in the butt. I'm currently working on on the same goal, although I just log on every couple of days and do a Waterfiends trip because I'm lazy like that. Good luck!

It is worth it without a doubt! And by the way, waterfiends are awesome, loads of charms, effigies and combat exp ( up to 70-80k an hour ). It's a way better choice than rock lobster imo, they are boring
