Lol who the hell cares ofcourse he's going to buy a gtr it's everything a realistic 23 year old would want. I don't think he ever stated all the donations go towards his streaming equipment and it's unreasonable to think so.

 

It's his money. He should be able to spend it how he pleases without being ridiculed about what he buys with it.

 

The fact is people who donate 10s-100s of dollars wanna know what he spends it on it isnt like he is doing labor work he is doing donation work for his money. why does he have to hide it we pay we see?

 

How can you say he doesn't work for his money? How much time and dedication who would've put into his empire. He can spend his money how he sees fit, but I do believe that his life should be more open to public scrutiny considering he is the one who has courted such publicity.

It's not like he forced people to donate. He should spend his own money however he wants.

 

I don't think they're arguing as to what Sparc is entitled to spend his money on, more so that he should be open to his fans (the ones who created such wealth) as to what he has spent the money on - considering he is the one who courted such publicity.

Take as an example; you give your money to your beloved charity 'Worldvision'. At the very LEAST, you expect for them to show where the money is being allocated?

 

These fans who donated did so on their own accord, in which Sparc never stated on what his donation earnings will be spent. With that being said, I don't think it's wrong he uses the money for his own benefit nor do I see a reason why he has to announce what he does with his own money.

 

Sparc mac isn't a charity, he's an entertainer. Entertainers aren't obligated to openly share what they spend their money on, as is mostly everybody else. If he wants to disclose what he spends his money on, that's at his discretion, no one else's.

 

Understandably that may be the case. He should not feel obliged to do so; but the mere fact that he is the one who has courted such publicity puts him in the spotlight of scrutinisation. But in saying that, even if I were one of the donators, I wouldn't object to him restricting that information nor would I object what he did with that money.

Doesn't really matter. If he wants to buy a fancy expensive car, who are you to stop him? People are donating to him. They're not donating it to charity, they're not donating it for any other reason. It's for himself to use any way he pleases.

Exactly, good analogy. I'd be willing to bet plenty of youtubers will spend their profits on stuff they simply want, it's likely not uncommon. It's more the fact that he's not willingly admitting it, but to his credit, you have to keep an image when you are popular.
