Didn't receive RP from refer a friend system

Anyone got this problem yet? I clicked on redeem and waited for 8 days already, my rp is still not in my account. :|

 

When you click redeem, does it clear out? You also state your "RP", did you receive your IP/Skin rewards?

Riot might of implanted a new system to track fake referrals as well so be careful :O.

You could try checking on a different browser.

 

click on the shop and see if they show up.
if that didnt work, click on an item in the shop as if you were going to purchase it. it sometimes updates with the available balance.

 

this. sometimes the rp is invisible, but its actually on your account.

 

There may be a small chance you have had your rewards revoked? Have you checked your RAF's yet?

 

can confirm this, happened to me today
you just need to update your rp's (use some or buy some) and it will update. But your able to use them dispite not showing correctly.

Used my remaining rp , still now changing , will try to purchase something without rp soon @.@

wierd... you cant obviously ask them whats going on if you bought the refs ehhh :s

 

Did you get banned for abusing the referral system?

 

No I did not get banned, I got 7k just fine, just the last 10k didn't come to my account

 

Sometimes Riot take down some of the accounts so that you don't get the rest

Have you opened a ticket with LoL support? They usually can help with this stuff.

Yes bought it , clicked on redeem 10k RP , waited 2 weeks still not there

 

Don't go to LoL support. They have the shittiest support system ever. You have to relied on reddit or some sort to get your message to higher authorized worker.

Another thing is that you bought them, clearly they will notice/realize it right away and just ban you from RAF if you send a ticket. I suggest you to move on. :'(
