Buying VPS, or something related

The VPS I currently use to change IP everytime I powerlevel an account has vastly raised their prices, and it is no longer worth it to continue paying.

I'm looking to buy a new one, or a proxy, or anything really. What I need is something I can use to change my IP everytime I powerlevel a new account, that won't slow down computer or internet speed. Also, it would be awesome if it was something multiple people (my workers) could access. Post on here your prices and what you have to offer.

Or even make a suggestion for something outside of Sythe I can buy.
