[email protected] to answer?

I got hacked and they changed the email etc.. So i cant contact ingame. Tho i got back the registread mail, but its still changed..

Does even [email protected] answer anymore? And how should i write to them (in right form to get account back etc)

This email is no longer in use, just request a support ticket somewhere in support center on RS Site or email that mail and they'll reply with link to it

 

contact them on twitter is the fastest way to get a reply from them nowadays

 

you send a ticket via account help @ message center.

 

If it's the original email address registered to the account and you're still able to log in to the email address then go here and explain that your account has been hijacked and the registered email address has been changed, include that you still have access to the original email address.

No your fine man, is all you have to do is submit a ticket...i just recovered an account through the Private message feature... i tried the email also.. just submit a ticket.. They will help you out

 

Submit a ticket.
Once you've done that, just wait it out. If they still don't reply in a few days tweet @jagexsupport with your RSN etc saying you sent a ticket but no response yet, they will help you from there.

 

They're actually pretty good at replying and assisting you with your issue.

They will remove the email address, and then you can recover the account.

 

The suggestions above should give you the best chance at recovering your account.
