    Explanation of the trade: Traded 48.9m OSRS GP for 14k yew logs to be burned within a 24 hour period starting at 00:00GMT
    Amount scammed: 48.9m
    How they scammed: Took payment, Told me they were starting service, never responded for hours and when the point when the service was impossible to complete I changed password in fear of being hacked and cleaned. They responded saying I broke TOS and wont give refund.

    Requested a service to be completed within 24 hours. This was very clear, and known by the accused.
    Accused lied when they said they would start, refused to respond to me for several hours after the agreed upon start time. Accused never logged on the account or gained ANY firemaking XP(Service was for 14k yew logs burned) approximately 8 hours after the accused said he would start and didn't, I notified him I changed password as the service is impossible for now, was willing to let him do it again another day. approximately 10 hours after service was supposed to start, Accused said I broke TOS and the order was still very possible.

    Tried very hard to work with him and say we can do it another day, or refund me, but he refused to answer any of these requests and insisted I escalate.

    It IS impossible to burn 14k yews in 16 hours non stop.(Pee breaks, 6 hour log outs, human hour misclicks etc) The fact that he said it's still doable is ridicules, let alone the fact that he never responded to me for hours after service should have started in the first place.

    If this is an issue with his worker not logging on, or whatever the problem was. He failed the service, so in fear of being scammed or account cleaned I changed pass back to log back on and play. See screenshots. Highlighted several time frames.

    -Screenshot one indicating he will log on ASAP
    -screenshot two confirming he will log on in 5/10 mins
    -screenshot three asking if he was online and he said yes, he then said his worker will be on shortly, and avoided my question about any progress being done
    -screenshot four the start of when he stopped responding. He stated it will be going on overnight. I contacted him almost every hour with no responses. 8 hours after he said he was starting, I decided to change my information and log on. And 0 progress had been done on the account.
    -screentshot five PM'd him again 10 1/2 hours after service should have started as I still did not receive any response. He answered immediately saying it was doable
    -Screenshot six him telling me his worker attempted to log on 3/4 hours ago but couldn't because password was changed. This is not true, see screenshot four says I changed the password 2 1/2 hours before he sent this message. No one had been on the account.
    he stated 16 hours service left, but was only 15 1/2 hours service left and he could have done the order in 8-9 hours (Not possible) Stating again I violated TOS.
    -Screenshot seven Basically him saying I'm wrong and to escalate. He never responded directly to my request to do it again another day or refund, just kept saying I broke TOS. I tried very hard to work with him about this and felt I was over accommodating.

    Would like a refund, as the accused has shown 0 intention of working with me.

    Hello I would first like to state I had 24 hours to complete the service. I informed him my worker is from australia and was sleeping. He changed his password within 5 hours of ordering (while I was asleep) and my worker could not start when he woke. [​IMG]

    If told by you guys I will refund but I have a TOS in place and he did not follow. I stated to him where my worker was from and explained where I was from. Because I do not respond between 12 AM-5AM that doesn't mean change info, I was simply sleeping. My worker tried to get on during that time and could not due to password change

    You've violated @Brownbear15's TOS by:
    • Logging onto the account without agreeing prior the payment
    • Changing the password to your account while the service was still ongoing
    See @brownbear's TOS:

    1) You will provide Payment before your service begins
    2) DO NOT change the password to your account while service is ongoing
    3) We are not responsible for any bans or account infractions as it will be hand done
    4) As it is hand done, you can request SSs at any point in time if we or the worker is currently active on the account or I will upload at the end of each day.
    5) You may not log onto the account while the service is ongoing unless agreed upon prior to payment or the service may be terminated without refund due to flagging IPs/RWT
    6) We have the right to refund any order for the remaining XP left at the XP rate that was charged.
    7) Faliure to meet our TOS may result in order cancellation without refund
    8) By ordering a service with me you are accepting our ToS.

    @Brownbear15 was given a 24h time frame to complete the order.
    Player can burn around 1485 logs/h at a very high efficiency, so burning 14k logs would take around 9 hours.
    You've changed the password after approximately 6-7 hours, meaning that @Brownbear15 had 17-18 hours to complete the order, which is enough time.

    I understand that ordering OSRS services can be stressful,
    for that reason we suggest you to remove any valuables from the account.

    @Brownbear15 is under no obligation to refund you, or finish the service.

    @Brownbear15 I've asked another staff member for a second opinion.

    Even though this report is invalid, because of the broken ToS,

    you can't just keep the money (regardless of your ToS).

    You will need to refund @F2P IM Warrior, or complete the order if you two can agree on that.

    I do agree but at the same time I feel it is messed up. He violated TOS twice and lashed out at me. If this doesn't hold up what is TOS even for.
