I'm a day late but posting this in-case someone was not aware that Prince has passed yesterday. Never listened to a lot of his music but the few I have heard I enjoyed.

Very sad to see another musical legend gone. I couldn't believe it when I heard the news. RIP

 

I agree, when I first heard I thought it was a joke.

never really heard anybody talking about him or any of his songs. Maybe he never really became big up here in norway.

 

Is sad, I actually listen to his music daily. And it was fun seeing him on the show "New Girl"

 

Never heard of him other than his super bowl halftime appearance some years ago.

You should have seen his house when the news of it happened. I work about 20 minutes away from his residence up in Minnesota here, and I know for a fact they had something going on last night with just masses of people trying to get into. I think it was first ave hosting a memorial or tribute concert. Big impact on a lot of folks closer to the cities up here
