I Maul U Ko, Ucs

Got a tip from a friend who was previously partnered with them that both are ban evading.

Unfortunately i'm lacking in the evidence part, so I was hoping perhaps some sort of location comparison or email comparison could be done to see if these two could be banned.

Credit to whatever they did to piss their associate off in order to get him to rat on them to me.
