Woah...Wdf?

The officer's conduct has been called into question after a videotape of the incident was posted on YouTube.
The video, taken from a Utah Highway Patrol dashboard camera, shows Trooper John Gardner using a Taser on Jared Massey during a traffic stop on State Road 40 in Uintah County on Sept. 14.2007 In the nearly 10-minute video, Gardner is seen pulling Massey over for speeding. When Massey refuses to sign the citation, Gardner asks him to exit the vehicle, and things quickly escalate as the motorist points toward the speed limit sign

1st, That cop is a complete and total jackass.He didnt even follow proper procedure. He shouldnt of told the lady to go back in the car, he doesnt know her, and he doesnt know if she had a gun in the car.

2nd, That guy did look like he was reaching in his lower pocket on the right side. But he also looked like he was walking back towards the car, witch, once again the guy couldve had a gun. He shouldve said to the guy, "Im asking you one more time before I taise you, Put your hands behind your head and get against the car!"

Being a cop myself, i know quite a bit. <3

 

that cop thinks he got too much power...didn't even give the guy a chance to prove him.
