Rid or Simba & Wine Disk Full Error?

I see a lot of people talking back and forth saying one is better then the other, can someone explain to me which one I should get (I don't care if it's free or not) and why you recommend I should get it?

I'm also using Wine and when I try to run Simba it comes up with an error disk full then closes immediately, can anyone explain this?

If you have the money and RiD has a bot for the skill you want use RiD. If you want to actively participate in a community project choose Simba.

Also don't use RiD if you live in some third world country.

    Ots up to you dude.
RiD lovers will suggest RiD, samba lovers will suggest Simba.
Best if you just try each yourself and see what's best for you.
Having any problems with Simba, then post in the help section at Simba forums.

I'm not sure if Simba or RiD are Linux compatible (I could be wrong about simba, but I know it's not Mac compatible, which is based off of Unix, like Linux).

A solution that would work for either would to be make a Virtual Machine. RiD has a free guide for how to do that in their Knowledgebase: http://www.robotzindisguise.com/forum/showthread.php?2498-How-to-Minimize-Your-Bot.

With that you will be basically installing a computer on a computer. So you will have your own little Windows OS running with X processors and Xgb of RAM, etc. You can use it just like a normal computer too, it just needs to have the correct drivers installed. You can use that to run Simba or RiD from there.

I prefer simba because I like writing my own scripts.

Simba will run in linux and mac using Wine not sure why you would be getting that error though.

    run in terminal:
give me the output of those commands and I may be able to help you

simba is decent but if you're not very good with computers you're going to want to go with RiD because simba will probably just scare you and most people aren't willing to help too much.

as for the disk full thing I think you may need to designate a proper hd or somewhere that it can save the files it needs to do so. But I'm not entirely sure as I haven't messed with linux too much.

    Really dude?
SRL is BY FAR the most mature and helpful cheating community out there... everyone is extremely helpful and we put up really well with all the leecher, noobs, and re-asked questions.
Also there is a step by step tutorial to use/isntall, if you can read and have half a brain, you can set it up just fine.

I recommend you using a virtual machine instead of Wine.
It will take up more resources but at least it works.

I recommend you using https://www.virtualbox.org/ as its free and works perfectly.
