Question about chargebacking for actual legitimate reasons

So a while ago I got scammed for 50$, I got the scrub banned on here and didnt really sweat it because with all the things I had heard about paypal and chargebacks, I thought it was only a matter of time before I would get my money back. Unfortunately the money was sent as gift and paypal wont listen to my dispute for that reason. I know I can probably call my credit card company, explain them the situation and get my money back but I am worried with one thing: if I end up getting refunded by my credit card company, what will happen with my paypal account? Will I end up having to repay paypal or even worse, lose my account? I am trying to set an actual business up so losing my paypal account would basically ruin my plans...

Any insight will be appreciated.

let's say you have won the dispute of that 50$, the case will be locked and from what i've heard. nothing happends to your account, it's staying the same
